2 Purpose of Business Transfer
This business acquisition aims to acquire Toyota and Hino distributor business directly operated by the ジャンボリーカジノ Group in Ghana and to develop the mobility value chain Going forward, ジャンボリーカジノ will provide a safe and secure automotive use environment in Ghana as well, consistent with the ones the ジャンボリーカジノ Group has developed across African countries, including in after-sales service and the insurance businessTTMG, which will take over the distributor business, currently handles the assembly of Toyota and Suzuki vehicles sold in Ghana (SKD production*) Going forward, it will also gain new sales functions as the point of contact with customers, taking on both manufacturing and sales responsibilities*SKD: Stands for Semi Knock Down A vehicle assembly method where the body is imported in a welded and painted state, and major components are assembled on to the body and chassis
