カジノオンライン announces that a completion ceremony was held today for Matsuyama Biomass Power Plant, the first wood biomass power plant in Ehime Prefecture The power plant is operated by Ehime Forest Generation, LLC, a subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Group company Ene-Vision Co, Ltd established in January 2015This is Ene-Vision's second biomass power plant in Japan, following the construction of Gotsu Biomass Power Plant in Shimane Prefecture, which began commercial operation in July 2015 Both plants utilize the feed-in-tariff (FIT) system for renewable energy productionThe Matsuyama Biomass Power Plant will use solely wood biomass for fuel, with plans to generate 125MW of power starting in January 2018 The electricity generated by the plant will be sold to local retail power companies
